Kooboo is available as a standard ASP.NET mvc website. Download and unzip to a folder, and then setup an IIS website for it or open it directly with Visual Studio. On the first load of Kooboo CMS, an installation page will start to install database.
You can also install directly using the Microsoft Web Platform Installer.
