Programming service

​Yardi offers professional programming service, based on fixed price and guarantee delivery date. Once we agree on a delivery date, you have our warranty on it. If it is our fault that we did not meet a deadline, you will get partial refund based on the days we delay and duration of the project.

ASP.NET standard website development service

Use ASP.NET 3.5 + SQL express + LinQ to create dynamic websites based on design and requirement documents. Documents often include a site map, a few design templates (in .psd or other source format) and description about special requirements.

We only provide coding service; we do not provide website visual design service because every country has its own taste and we can not meet all demands. We do have partners in Europe who can provide professional visual design for western countries.

Cost: 25 US$/Hour

Kooboo implementation & integration service

Who can know better about the System than the vendor of it? We provide you with sample documents of how to communicate with us regarding your kooboo application requirements; we finish the task and export the solution as a package which you can import into your Kooboo instance.

Depends on the size of the website, it is often possible to finish a website within a few days.

Cost: 25 US$/Hour

Professional HTML & CSS coding

HTML & CSS is easy to get start. But high quality professional HTML & CSS coding is still highly demand in the market. CSS has to browser compatible and easy to read and adjust.

Cost: 20 US$/Hour

Dedicated developers

This is the so called “seat model”, you hire developers from us and pay per seat per month. You have the benefits of lower cost and able to develop the capability of the team yourself.

We only offer team based seat model now. A team consists of 1 senior developer as a team leader, 2 regular developers and 1 tester. Communication language is English. More people can be added for extra cost.

We offer tools and best practices for working with remote teams; you are responsible for project management yourself. We only work with ASP.NET & CSS.

We only offer seat model to selective clients, only for clients who are sure that they can manage the projects themselves. For most of clients, we recommend using hourly base. For special requirement, feel free to contact us.

Cost: 8000 US$/month for 4 people, about 12 US$/hour
Monthly contract, 30% off for the first month for first time client only.

Payment terms

For hourly based projects, 50% advanced payment, 30% paid on the beta delivery, the rest 20% will be paid before final delivery. Pay by bank transfer or credit card.

For dedicated developer, invoicing at the beginning of every month, 20 days payment term.

Other conditions

A NDA will be signed and will be applied to every project you do with us.

For Dutch clients, we had granted exclusive rights to RB2.nl for development service (for new clients/connections only).
