Yardi offers professional programming service, based on a fixed price and a guaranteed delivery date.  If we fail to meet a deadline, you will get a refund based on the days we delay and the duration of the project.

ASP.NET Standard Website Development Service

Use ASP.NET 3.5 SQL express LinQ/Entity framework to create dynamic websites based on design and requirement documents. Documents often include a site map, a few design templates (in .psd or other source format) and description about special requirements.

This service provides coding only; we do not provide website visual design service.

Kooboo Implementation & Integration Service

We provide you with sample documents of how to communicate with us regarding your Kooboo application requirements.  We finish the task and export the solution as a package which you can import into your Kooboo instance.

Depending on the size of the website, it is usually possible to finish a website within a few days.

Professional HTML & CSS Coding

HTML & CSS is easy to start, but high quality professional HTML & CSS coding is still in high demand. CSS has to be browser compatible, easy to read, and easy to adjust.

This website and all the Kooboo applications interface are good examples of our HTML skill. 

Dedicated Developers

We've got a dedicated team of developers to ensure that your project is taken care of and completed efficiently and exactly how you want it.  We utilize a "seat model" approach to be most effective.  With this model, you choose how many developers you need, and they are devoted to your project for a low monthly fee.  This enables you to develop the project with the team that you want at a competitive price.

With this model, Yardi takes a team approach to make sure your project is done as well as it can be done. A team consists of 1 senior developer, who is the team leader, 2 regular developers, and 1 tester. We conduct business in both English and Chinese.  If you would like a larger team, there is an additional fee.

You are in charge of your project. Our team members will create the vision that you have, utilizing our tools and best practices, including ASP.NET & CSS.

If your budget is too tight for the team approach, we recommend that you use the hourly base.  Our programmers are more than capable of taking care of your project from start to finish.  For any additional questions, please feel free to contact us.

Monthly contract; 30% off for the first month for a first time client.

Terms of Payment

Hourly Based Projects: 50% advance, 50% paid on the beta delivery. Pay by bank transfer or credit card.

Dedicated Developer: Invoicing at the beginning of each month, 20 days payment term.

An NDA will be signed and will be applied to each project that we have.

For clients in the Netherlands, we have granted exclusive rights to RB2.nl for development service (for new clients/connections only).
