All versions of Kooboo CMS  are available for download from codeplex.com, please see:

Kooboo is available as a standard ASP.NET mvc website. Download and unzip to a local folder, and then setup an IIS website for it or open it directly with Visual Studio.NET. 

You can also install directly using the Microsoft Web Platform Installer.
